Established in 2016 as a small family owned and operated business. Our family has been working in the industry over 20 years working for some of the top wholesale patio cushions companies. Where we put the knowledge acquired and the skills learn over the years to build our own small sunbrella cushion making business and adding our special touch to it. Why our website does not offer Gore Thread?
We do offer Gore Thread upon request at an additional cost on all our sunbrella replacement cushions. Do you need Gore thread on your new sunbrella cushions? Gore thread is intented for marine style situations like cushions on a boat where saltwater can be harsh on standard thread. We use quality UV treated thread which is great for normal outdoor use its lifespan can last as long as the fabric on your sunbrella cushions. Gore thread offers a lifetime warranty but will only pay for restiching only if it falls under warranty. Our 2 year limited warranty covers your replacement cushions from the seams coming apart due to thread issues or assembly issues.

Shipping and Turnaround?
Our stated turn around time is calculated in business days monday-friday starting the day after order is placed. Boxes and thick shipping plastic is used to ship all sunbrella replacement cushions. Carriers used to ship cushions can defer from UPS, FEDEX or LTL the specs of your order will determine which method is used. Vacuum sealed shipping is used in extream cases where cushion will exceed shipping cost all this in effort to save our customers money.
