Premium Sunbrella® Fabric
We use only genuine solution-dyed acrylic Sunbrella Fabrics that resists fading, mold, and moisture with a manufacturer-backed 5-year fade warranty.
Precision Cutting & Sewing
Each cushion is cut to your measurements and sewn by skilled craftspeople in our Riverside, CA facility, no overseas outsourcing.
High-Density Foam Cores
We fill every cushion with high-density or Dry Fast foam that holds its shape season after season and resists compression over time.
Multi-Point Quality Inspection
Before shipping, every cushion passes a multi-point inspection, seam integrity, zipper function, foam fit, and fabric alignment are all checked.
Careful Packaging & Shipping
Cushions are individually wrapped or boxed to arrive in perfect condition. We ship directly from our workshop to your door.
2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every CushionKings order is backed by our 2-year warranty against defects on workmanship, we stand behind what we make.
Materials We Trust
We're selective about every component that goes into a CushionKings cushion. Cheap materials mean cushions that fade, flatten, and fall apart, that's not what we're about.
- Fabric: Genuine Sunbrella® acrylic are solution-dyed for permanent color, rated for outdoor use.
- Foam: High-density or open-cell outdoor foam that resists moisture absorption and holds its loft.
- Thread: UV-resistant polyester thread won't rot, fade, or weaken in direct sunlight.
- Zippers: Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant zippers on all removable covers for easy washing.
- Welt Cord: Matching Sunbrella welt cord for a clean, tailored finish on every edge.
Our 2-Year Warranty
We stand behind every cushion we make. If your cushion has a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of purchase, we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.
What's Covered
Seam failures, zipper defects, and any manufacturing defect under normal outdoor use.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from improper storage, pet damage, or color change from prolonged direct sun exposure beyond Sunbrella's own warranty.
